承續三代上師在瑪南留下的傳承與心願，瑪南瑜伽母閉關園區依噶奇美多傑仁波切的願景逐步成形。經過土地取得、請法、園區規劃、細部設計與結構工程準備，這份願景終於要真正落在土地上。 Carrying forward what three generations of teachers left in Manang, Yogini Retreat Manang is taking shape from the vision of GarTul Chimi Dorjee Rinpoche. After the land, the teachings, the master plan, the detailed design and the structural preparation, that vision is finally reaching the ground.
今年 8 月，SMA 建築師團隊來到瑪南，與當地承包商及工程團隊完成施工前的現場確認與技術指導；月底，多津仁波切帶領僧團來到園區，為即將展開的工程舉行破土祈福。 In August the SMA architects came to Manang and completed the on-site confirmation and technical guidance with the local contractor and build team. At the end of the month, Dorzin Rinpoche led the sangha to the site for the ground-breaking blessing.
今年 9 至 10 月，第一項工程從 Grand Café｜齋堂 的地基開始。 Through September and October, the first work begins with the foundation of the Grand Café.
這是一個令人歡喜的起點。誠摯邀請一路關心瑪南的朋友，一起見證第一鏟落下，也一起成為這份願景開始落地的一分子。 This is a joyful beginning. We warmly invite everyone who has followed Manang to witness the first ground being broken, and to become part of this vision reaching the earth.
完成第一階段地基工程，讓園區第一個建築真正從圖紙走到土地上。Complete the first stage of the foundation, so the campus's first building moves from drawing to ground.
提前準備下一階段所需木材，讓明年雪融之後，工程能夠順利接續。Prepare the timber the next stage needs, so work can continue smoothly once the snow melts next year.
支持閉關指導上師、園區基本運作，以及基金會必要的行政、會計與稅務。Support the retreat master, the basic running of the campus, and the foundation's necessary administration, accounting and tax.
把第一步蓋好。把下一步準備好。也照顧已經在這裡發生的修行。 Build this step well. Prepare the next one. And care for the practice already happening here.
齋堂將是園區日常用齋、休息與相聚的重要空間。上師、閉關者與參加課程的學員會在這裡用齋；廚房也將支援閉關、課程與園區每日的飲食所需。 The Grand Café will be where the campus eats, rests and gathers each day. Teachers, retreatants and course participants will take their meals here, and the kitchen will support retreats, programmes and the daily needs of the campus.
它同時是第一個適合讓建築師、當地承包商與施工團隊共同走完完整施工流程的建築。從這裡開始，工程不只往上蓋，也逐步累積真正適合瑪南高山環境的施工經驗。 It is also the first building on which the architects, the local contractor and the build team can walk through a complete construction process together. From here the work does not only rise; it accumulates real experience of building in Manang's high-altitude conditions.

SMA（Sustainable Mountain Architecture）是尼泊爾的非營利建築團隊，也是這個計劃的合作夥伴。 SMA (Sustainable Mountain Architecture) is a Nepal-based non-profit architecture team and a partner in this project.
仁波切把這條內在的路徑說得很簡單。園區的空間與未來課程，都從這裡出發。 Rinpoche puts the inner path very simply. The spaces of the campus, and the programmes it will hold, all start from here.
我們很容易把注意力放在外面。Attention is easily pulled outward.
重新連結之後，並不是立刻修正自己。先看見。Reconnection does not mean immediately correcting yourself. First, see.
當一個人真正看見，調整才不只是壓抑。When something is genuinely seen, adjustment no longer has to mean suppression.
它是重新連結、接受與調整之後，逐漸留下的結果。It is what can gradually remain after reconnection, acceptance and adjustment.
噶奇美多傑仁波切希望在瑪南，留下一個讓人可以安住、閉關，重新與自己連結的地方。 Chimi Dorjee Rinpoche's wish is to leave in Manang a place where a person can settle, enter retreat, and reconnect with themselves.
先照顧根。根扎穩了，枝葉會長出來，果實自然會來。 Care for the root first. Once the root holds, the branches grow and the fruit comes on its own.
而現在，就從第一個地基開始。 And now it begins with the first foundation.

經直貢澈贊法王親自指派，噶奇美多傑仁波切創立尼泊爾噶爾慈愛基金會，主持瑪南閉關園區計劃。當地村民以極低價讓售土地，陸續取得近一萬四千坪。 Appointed by H.H. Drikung Kyabgön Chetsang, Gar Tulku Chimi Dorjee Rinpoche founded the Gar Jamtse Foundation to lead the project. Villagers sold the land far below market price, and close to 4.6 hectares were gradually acquired.
SMA 展開園區總體規劃；直貢澈贊法王親臨瑪南傳法並走入園區土地。這是直貢傳承八百五十年來，法王首度親臨此地。 SMA begins the master plan; H.H. Drikung Chetsang Rinpoche teaches in Manang and walks the campus land: the first visit by a Drikung throne holder in 850 years.
推進細部設計、結構工程與施工前準備，完成園區水系生態設計、餐廚交流空間與 21 間獨立閉關房的設計。 Detailed design, structural engineering and pre-construction preparation, covering the water shed, the Grand Café and the 21 retreat cottages.
多津仁波切帶領僧團來到園區，為即將展開的工程舉行破土祈福。 Dorzin Rinpoche led the sangha to the site for the ground-breaking blessing.
SMA 建築師團隊完成施工前的現場確認與技術指導，地基工程正式動工。 After the SMA architects completed the on-site confirmation and technical guidance, foundation work began.
第一個施工季已經開始。邀請您加入這個願景，一起把眼前這一步做好。讓修行有一個可以發生的處所，也讓這份溫暖，一代一代留在瑪南。 The first building season has begun. We invite you into this vision, to do the step in front of us well together. So that practice has somewhere to happen, and this warmth stays in Manang, one generation to the next.

社團法人光明洲實修中心協會是依法設立的社團法人。依現行所得稅法，個人對依法登記或立案的教育、文化、公益、慈善機構或團體捐贈，採列舉扣除時，可在綜合所得總額百分之二十的限額內列報。 Oseling Meditation Center Taiwan is a legally registered association under Taiwanese law. Under current income tax rules, an individual's donation to a registered educational, cultural, public-interest or charitable organisation may be claimed as an itemised deduction, up to 20% of gross consolidated income.
我們會在收到款項後開立捐贈收據，載明捐款人姓名、金額、日期與本會統一編號（00649447）。年度紙本收據於每年四月底前寄出；如果你選擇由我們代為上傳國稅局捐贈資料，就不另外寄紙本。 We issue a donation receipt showing the donor's name, amount, date and our tax ID (00649447).
